Toronto ON – PPM 2000 Inc. announces availability of its Connector Platform for customers of its Security Operations Center and Enterprise Incident Management product editions. Perspective now offers extended functionality with integrations from leading Access Control and Video platforms native to the application.

The connector platform includes out of the box integrations for leading access control, video, and emergency notification vendors including Lenel, Software House, AMAG, Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, and Code Blue.

End users are able to select event types to integrate, like a forced door, into Perspective’s activity or dispatch record. From that point, Perspective would capture all the relevant information, and even dispatch the activity to an officer for immediate response” With this level of data and process automation, customers will have exhaustive access to security management information ensuring proper documentation for cases, limiting exposure to liabilities.
The Connector platform is backward compatible for all customers on the Perspective 4.x platform. The web service based API connects real-time to over a half a dozen different platforms out of the box; and can be customized for any other vendor that provides an open platform.
