Welcoming PPM 2000 to the Resolver family!

Approximately one year ago, Klass Capital acquired PPM 2000 Inc.  Within six months of that acquisition, Klass acquired a second company, Resolver Inc.  The two companies share common customers and serve as bookends to the security, risk, and compliance arena. 

Effective January 1, 2016, PPM 2000 Inc. will be changing its name to Resolver Inc. 

Why the name change?

We at Resolver are very committed to providing the best Security and Incident Management products to the industries we serve.  Our mission is to transform the way our customers think about risk.  We plan to expand our position in the market and will continue to provide quality offerings to our customers.  Going beyond solving Incident Management needs, we see an opportunity to provide our customers with compliance, risk management, and audit applications through an integrated platform.   

While we are changing the name of the legal entity, we will still go to market with the Perspective product.  The product will have its own website.  Our new company will serve over 1000 customers across the globe.  If you are not familiar with Resolver, we have been in the risk management industry for over 15 years.  In addition to providing customers with Incident Management and Loss Prevention through Perspective, we are proud to offer our Risk Assessment, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, and Compliance applications. 

What does this mean for our customers?

Over the past six months, we have been integrating our support organization with a mandate to provide the highest level of customer support in the industry.  We’ve launched our Net Promoter Score survey, the feedback from which will help us focus our efforts to deliver the highest quality service possible to our customers.  We’ve merged our development teams with an eye to increase the quality and frequency of product releases, and improve our ability to host applications for our customers across the globe.  We’ve created a customer success team to be responsive to our customers’ need for additional requirements.  Our Edmonton office will become our Center of Excellence exclusively for Perspective.
