(TORONTO, ON) June 14, 2016 - Resolver, a leading provider of incident and risk management cloud software, today announced Brian McIlravey, CPP as Executive Vice President – Command Center Applications. Resolver is expanding its reach into the command center market and Brian will be responsible for the growth strategy for this new division.
Brian has been with Resolver (formally PPM 2000) for over 15 years. His 25 years in the security industry make him one of the foremost subject matter experts in the incident management field. With the release of Perspective 5.0, the need for focused leadership in this market became clear.
Perspective, the world’s foremost incident management cloud software, helps protect what matters most to your organization: your people, facilities, assets, shareholders, and ultimately, your value. The recent release of Perspective version 5.0 introduces an all-new separately managed Dispatch application. The addition of Dispatch allows for an end-to-end security management process that integrates people, systems and data together to provide situational response all the way through to risk management reporting.
“Although we’re not new to the command center market, we see a much larger opportunity to serve the needs of our current customers and prospects with our new Dispatch application, along with our upcoming Mobile Officer app and new integration stack,” says Will Anderson, CEO of Resolver. "Having worked with Brian for the past 18 months, I’m confident he’s the right guy to lead this initiative.”
“There is a huge opportunity to bring together what we have done for the past 25 years with Incident Management and tie that experience into our reporting and analytics to offer some amazing front end tools,“ says Brian, “and those ideas and feedback come directly from our great customers who run some pretty impressive command centers.”
The Command Center Application group is launching a series of FOCUS ON Command Center events across the globe, starting this July in Toronto. The FOCUS ON series offers an opportunity to learn more about Perspective directly from product and industry experts. Future dates and locations to be announced.
