How long does it take for user training?

User training is typically delivered in a two-day package.  Day one is for your end users, our trainer will guide them through the interface and cover the relevant areas they will need to access and use as part of their daily duties.  The second day is for System Administrators – teaching them the inner workings of the application and the different tools they have available to configure the software. 

For any users who require training after the initial sessions, there is a series of on-demand training videos and documentation available for use at any time.
