My role at Resolver is to engage and accelerate Resolverites, current and future, in our amazing culture so we can deliver on our mission. I am passionate about creating conditions for people to maximize their potential, I loved being wowed by talented people. My background: I’ve spent my career helping solve the ultimate challenge: how do you maximize a company’s most important investment: people? And how do you go from good to great? I’ve implemented diverse talent & leadership programs in six different countries in this quest. I hold an honours degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and have a Masters Certification in Organizational Development. What do I love about Resolver: The passionate, smart and ambitious people who I get to work with everyday. I love the transparent and experimental approach. And I sit by the beer fridge. On the personal front. I love travelling, especially to places where I get to see cool archeology. I play ultimate Frisbee, love hosting parties, and make a mean banana bread.
