Standard ERM Onboarding Overview

Accelerate the configuration, deployment, and adoption of Resolver’s ERM application

The Standard ERM Onboarding is designed for new customers with Resolver’s Standard ERM bundle, who want to accelerate the configuration, deployment, and adoption of Resolver’s ERM application. With Standard ERM Onboarding, Resolver’s in-house Solution Consultants partner with your team to guide you through the critical decisions that shape how the application is tailored to meet your unique needs. New customers must purchase the Standard edition of Resolver’s ERM software to be eligible for Standard Onboarding. This onboarding is not available with the Simple edition.

What's Included

  • Advice, guidance, and training from an experienced, in-house Resolver Solution Consultant who will lead your implementation in eight short work “sprints”.
  • Application configuration (e.g. modification of form fields, select lists, form layouts, calculated fields, etc.) and prototyping based on your team’s requirements.
  • Ongoing access to Resolver’s Support and Customer Success Team once the software is live and active.

A Run Through of Our Onboarding Plan

1) Kickoff & Orientation

The implementation starts with a discussion of the project’s success criteria, a general overview of our Standard edition ERM application, and a walkthrough of Resolver’s sprint-based implementation methodology.

2) Prototyping

Using the Standard edition of our ERM software as a starting point, Resolver’s Solution Consultants will gather feedback from your team and incorporate any required changes into an evolving prototype.  Your team will have “hands-on” access to the prototype, collaborating closely with Resolver to personalize the application’s look and feel, set up user permissions, create and edit email notifications, and import data (including your Risks, Controls, & Issues).

3) Training

Once the application prototype is stable, our Solution Consultants will lead training sessions with your team in preparation for acceptance testing.

4) Acceptance and Rollout

Resolver’s Solution Consultants will support your team to evaluate the configured ERM application and prepare for rollout.  Our team will continue to work with your project team for one month after the “go-live” date to encourage user adoption and answer any questions you may have.
