Toronto, ON – Resolver announces acquisition of Charleston, West Virginia-based software company Global AlertLink.
Resolver’s incident management software has long been helping corporate security teams respond to and recover from incidents. “Expanding into the business continuity, emergency notification and disaster recovery markets is a natural extension of our existing solution,” states Will Anderson, CEO of Resolver. “When we meet with customers, this is a question that comes up regularly. We are excited to now be in a position to help our customers’ business operations become even more resilient.”

Global AlertLink Operations
As part of the transaction, long time officer Kevin Hall will continue on as General Manager of Resolver’s newly created Global AlertLink (GAL) division. “We are thrilled to align with such a successful organization, with the ultimate goal of providing better solutions and services to our customers. Resolver’s focus and resources are a perfect fit,” states Kevin. While the division will continue to run independently from Resolver’s daily operations it will be able to take advantage of Resolver’s market reach and shared service groups including Talent, Marketing, and Dev Ops.
Resolver’s Second Acquisition Within the Last Year
The Global AlertLink transaction is Resolver’s second completed acquisition in the last 8 months, following the acquisition of Wynyard Group assets related to risk management. This transaction was funded through Resolver’s recently completed equity financing led by existing investors, Klass Capital.
