About Us
Our mission is simple: we will transform how your organization thinks about Risk. Our cloud-based software protects over 1,000 of the world’s largest organizations' employees, customers, supply chain, brand and shareholders.
What We Do
Resolver gathers all risk data and analyzes it in context—revealing the true business impact within every risk. Resolver’s Risk Intelligence Platform traces the extended impact of all types of risk—whether compliance or audit, incidents, or threats—and translates those effects into quantifiable business metrics. So, customers can communicate risk persuasively, framing it in terms of the business. And with this changed perspective, comes an entirely new role for risk to play. Finally, risk goes from being seen as a barrier, to becoming a strategic partner driving the business. Welcome to the new world of Risk Intelligence.

My background: I’ve spent my career helping solve the ultimate challenge: how do you maximize a company’s most important investment: people? And how do you go from good to great? I’ve implemented diverse talent & leadership programs in six different countries in this quest. I hold an honours degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph and have a Masters Certification in Organizational Development.

My Role at Resolver is to lead the design and direction of Resolver’s product suite. We want our customers to love our software, and that only happens when we deliver great solutions to meaningful problems that make real differences in their lives. I am passionate about great experiences. Software needs to be fast and intuitive. Products need to work well together. Learning should be transferable. Information should be easily accessed and should drive insights. A great product experience should deliver all this while enabling the user to effortlessly complete their task.
My background: I’ve been with Resolver since 2006 and have done everything from writing code to training, sales, marketing, and product management. I have a degree in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Toronto and try to apply the user centric design in everything I do.
What do I love about Resolver: We help outstanding organizations manage their biggest threats. Hard to find something more important than that.
On the personal side? I’m part nerd, part jock, I like games and love competing. My wife and I live in Toronto, but spend as much time as possible exploring new places.
